Cinnamon Hot Cocoa

If you’re looking for the perfect comfort drink, this is it! Kids love it.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups Rockview® 1% Milk
  • 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • Rockview® Sweetened Whipped Topping
Instructions

Place chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of Rockview® 1% Milk in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly, heat on medium low until chocolate is melted. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups Rockview® 1% Milk, and heat on medium until warm. Garnish with Rockview® Sweetened Whipped Topping.
